Christmass Day

under the tree

Look says Bella, she’s got a model of me!

Hetty perks up for the treats

end of a busy day

December 21st

Neil pleased with Hetty’s post-operative progress

December 12th

Hetty has her operation and stays overnight until the evening next day and come home with antibiotics and analgesics

A little visit to Marian and she gets a new toy --- LEO which we took to Evensong on Sunday

YES, Hetty loves coming to Evensong and only snores if the homily is too long, which is very very rare at St Chad’s

December 11th

Hetty came to the event in the church hall, after Compline by members of the 1509 society

There was a dramatic moment for her symptoms

December 8th

Hetty no better and symptoms up and down --- scanned by Neil and surgery planned for Wednesday

Even so she enjoyed her trip to Doncaster with Hilary and me for Nick to judge the St Chad’s photo competition

Wednesday December 5th

Hetty miserable and bleeding

Seen by Kevan as an emergency and antibiotics --- let's hope all will settle down

November 27th

Hetty is 5 today

Hetty

Thursday to Monday afternoon all 4 over to Derek & Dorothy as 3 cats off to Ulster show!

November 26th

The last Keighley match meeting

The 4 girls all had good placings today and Gabby won the veteran cup once more.

Then came the winners for the year----------------

The puppy shield on points was a great win for BELLA

Kate & Stefan’s Toddy took the overall shield on points although he was unable to come tonight

The runner up was a great surprise being our own little BELLA

To my surprise Persee had the veteran shield posthumously as his overall match wins took him over GABYY

--- any way Gabby will look after the trophy and share it

Bella with the judge for the night

Gabby at home with the veteran monthly cup and Persee's shield for the year

Bella at home with her 2 trophies for the year

November 17th

Burnley Canine Society

Only Seffy & Bella able to go as Hetty in season

CKCS Junior Seffy VHC (9)

November 12th

As I could not drive today --- Kathleen took me to PCC and Seffy came along to be quite the centre of attention after the meeting.

October 29th

Keighley match meeting

Gabby brought the veteran cup home and the others all had 1st, and 2nds.

Saturday, September 15th.

We had entered the dog show, but were not expecting to attend as Elizabeth was off to Carrickfergus

--- the bitches went over to Derek & Dorothy’s for their W/E holiday on Thursday.

Elizabeth was almost ready to sail off; when news came the BSH section had been cancelled for the cat show.

Home she came and in the evening went out for a meal with D&D.

So, today we made it to the Burnley & District canine event after all.

Bella came 2nd in CKCS junior and 3rd in post grad

Hetty was pacing a bit in the CKCS open class, but still came 3rd.

Well done to Ricksbury Copellia who took BOB!

After some thought we stayed for her AV Post grad class and as you can see she was placed

among all the much larger dogs who took to the ring. BOB winners withholding..

She moved much better and enjoyed the class.

Hetty & Bella decide to rest with Seffy & Gabby after the show

Sunday, August 12th 2007

Well, while the cats had their day at Bingley Dorothy took Bella to Trawden.

What a great day for the CKCS family

Dorothy’s Alberica Cocoricca at Aldoricka (pet name Rica) won puppy; our BELLA (Aldoricka Damita to Trufee) won Junior;

Drene & Dorothy’s B/T girl known at home as Midnight (Alberica Walnut Ravenna) won P/G

and BOB and Dorothy’s ruby boy Aldoricka Uriah won the open class,

so it went, Alberica, Aldoricka, Alberica, Aldoricka!

May 28th Whit Bank Holiday
